The QuickCart example project

All guides in this documentation use the same example: QuickCart, a fictional grocery delivery platform for customers and operations. That way you recognize the same project in every guide and can follow each step yourself.

What is QuickCart about?

The team is building a platform where customers discover and order groceries and track their delivery, and where operations manage warehouse and dispatch. The project is well under way and contains:

  • 5 initiatives and 16 epics that structure the platform (for example Browse & Shop or Order & Track),
  • 69 user stories plus a few project and devteam stories,
  • 40 workitems,
  • 4 releases (for example MVP - Customer v1.0) and 4 iterations with history.

So every view shows real data: stories in all states, dependencies, discussions and progress.
